It clears heat and detoxifies, dries dampness and kills parasites, relieves itching and eliminates leukorrhea. It is used for bacterial vaginosis, vulvovaginal candidiasis (monilial vaginitis), and trichomonal vaginitis belonging to the syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward. The accompanying symptoms include: pruritus vulvae, profuse leukorrhea, scanty urine, frequent urination with burning pain, red tongue with yellow and greasy coating, and rolling or rapid-rolling pulse.

It is an exclusive product variety. As a pure TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) preparation, it is a natural weakly acidic lotion (pH: 4.8-5.8), which is mild and non-irritating. It has been included in Clinical Medication Guidelines for Physicians and Pharmacists in China and is recommended for the treatment of gynecological inflammations.
