Anhui Pharmaceutical was founded in 1970. In August 2021, the entire factory was relocated from Yingjia Factory, Hengshan Town, Huoshan County to No. 10 Yingbin Avenue, Huoshan Economic Development Zone. The new factory has a total investment of 500 million yuan, covers an area of 147 mu (approximately 98,000 square meters), and has a registered capital of 80 million yuan. Professional and technical personnel account for 40% of its total staff. It is a National High-Tech Enterprise and serves as the Chinese patent medicine production base of Huiyinbi Co., Ltd.
The company has built five production lines, including those for TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) extraction (including pre-processing), tablets, granules, syrups (and extracts), and pills (including honeyed pills, water-honeyed pills, and concentrated pills). It produces 43 varieties of Chinese patent medicines in over 110 specifications.
Anhui Pharmaceutical boasts advanced production capacity: its annual TCM extraction capacity reaches 100 tons of medicinal materials; annual output of syrups is 15 million bottles, tablets 50 million pieces, granules 300 tons, and pills 160 million pills. These production lines and capacity ensure the company fully meets market demand and provides consumers with high-quality Chinese patent medicine products.
Duanxueliu Tablets, a national TCM protected variety and an Anhui Provincial High-Tech Product refined from natural medicinal materials in the Dabie Mountains, enjoys a high reputation in domestic and international markets due to its excellent quality and significant efficacy. It has won multiple honors, including the Third Prize of National Science and Technology Progress, the Silver Award at the "40 Years of China's Women and Children's Products" Expo jointly organized by eight national ministries, and the High-Quality Product Certificate issued by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The company's products such as Qiangli Pipa Syrup (Potent Loquat Syrup), Banxia Syrup (Pinellia Syrup), Chuanbei Qingfei Syrup (Fritillaria Lung-Clearing Syrup), Yinhuang Granules (Honeysuckle and Scutellaria Granules), Juhong Granules (Tangerine Peel Granules), Banlangen Granules (Isatis Root Granules), Yimucao Granules (Motherwort Granules), Huanglian Shangqing Tablets (Coptis Upper Clearance Tablets), Liuwei Dihuang Pills (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pills), and Yimucao Gao (Motherwort Extract) are highly trusted by consumers. In 2017, the company focused on introducing Ejiao Yangxue Granules (Donkey-Hide Gelatin Blood-Nourishing Granules) — a national new drug with the effect of replenishing qi and nourishing blood, and an exclusive product in China.
